Project Management – Part II

Friday, August 28th, 2009

Still on the old chestnut of project management and the abuse of the title. Our views on effective project management are clear and highlight the one element that most people seem to forget:

A project is a success – if your client gets what they need, not what the project manager or the supplier thinks that they need.

If you are suffering from a lack of information from your project manager, or find that the deliverables have changed or disappeared into a sea of paper without you knowing, ask yourself – who is your project manager delivering for?

Building solutions that meet the customers needs

Wednesday, August 26th, 2009

Today we’ve been thinking about how the customer wants to use the solutions that we develop, and we are looking at ways to break away from the tradition of making the customer search for what they want and providing it up front and immediately.

We are now working at completely revamping www.largeandtall.co.uk to deliver this kind of functionality and make the customer experience personal, efficient and comfortable. Keep your eyes out for the new site coming soon,
